Easy Baked Fish and Chips
4 large red skinned potatoes
1/3 cup Kraft Light Done Right - Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pkg Shake N Bake Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1 1/2 lbs. white fish fillets - haddock, halibut or cod (I used cod)
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Light
Preheat oven - 400.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges lengthwise. Place in a large bowl and toss with dressing and 1/3 cup of the coating mix. Arrange on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread remaining coating mix on large plate. Spread tops of fish fillets with Miracle Whip and press into coating mix. Spread remaining sides of fillets with Miracle Whip and press into coating mix to cover. Place fillets on broiler pan and bake the fish with the potatoes for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and potatoes are tender.

So it’s that easy? I always thought it takes more but I guess these days anything can be cooked using all sort of products like miracle whip.
