Losing weight, one diet at a time; one month at a time…
What is Best for Sunburn?
I come from a long line of pasty-white people and we burn. It doesn’t help that we don’t properly prepare each time we leave the house.
I spent yesterday, the 4th of July out in the sun and of course, I got a sunburn.
But, I came across a product that is the absolute best thing I’ve found for sunburn – Sunburnt!
I wish I had known of this years ago, but I’m glad I’ve found it.
I don’t think you can get it online but it’s at K-mart, Walgreens and similar stores.

That’s great! Thanks for sharing. I am also easily burnt when in the sun. I remember that one year I was that burnt on the face from the beach that I almost scared the children in the train. They wouldn’t sit next to me.
) Then my grandma told me that yogurt helps. And that’s how it took me a week to “repair” may face with yogurt. If only I used sunscreen…

I recommend you to cover your sunburns with fresh yogurt! It s not so pretty, but it sure helps.

I think any sun cream above SPF 30 will do the trick? There are some great brands from Australia that are with high SPF values as high as 50.

I probably needed that all year, as I am driving an old convertible. I usually use aloe vera, and it really soothes my skin. Banana boat has this blue one that made my skin feel really cool. I am going to give Sunburnt a shot, though, now that I know about it.
