Shake Weight

My only New Year’s goal is to add exercise to my daily routine. So, a couple month’s back I received a Shake Weight thingy.
It’s been laying in the corner gathering dust since it came into my house.

I’m going to start using the Shake Weight today – as instructed and I will give a full review in one week. I’m told I only have to use it for 6 minutes a day – I think I can even handle that! I just did it for about 1 minute and I can definitely feel it already.

  1. I’m glad you find value in the shake weight product but you shouldn’t forget the basics – exercise and diet. These 2 things in unison make way more difference than gimmicky products.
    However, if you try something and it works then great.

  2. The shake weight is a gimmick imo. Train Smarter, Not Harder
    by laying out a foundation first, and then applying basic concepts.

  3. Does the Shake Weight work for you?
    I have found out that what works for one may not be the right tool for the other. The same goes for diets in my experience.

    I’m up for new options and can’t wait for your update on this.
