Overall, what you’ve posted on here seems like a good overall plan- although I would ask “where were the veggies today?”
I am just curious. Your calories seem really low to me. Mind doing something? Go to this site and check out your bare minimum daily maintainence caloric intake needs.

It just seems that your calories are way to low. Even a 135 lb 5 foot tall 30 year old woman needs about 1,400 calories at an ordinary activity level.
So I would just be careful that your calories aren’t too low. If you are consuming too few calories you could end up losing muscle mass which will make losing weight harder AND making it more likely that you could regain the weight and be worse off than before.
I know… I’m a pretty bad dieter. With all the practice I have – I should have perfected it by now. Now, my excuses are as follows
I REALLY don’t like veggies. I know I’m a grown up and I should eat my veggies, especially to set a good example for my kids – but, I’m a bad girl.
Fruit has always upset my stomach. I don’t know why, but I don’t eat much of it because of that.
As for the lack of calories – it’s always been a problem. Unfortunately, I’m a person of extremes. Too much or two little. I suppose that’s a big part of my overall problem. All things in moderation.
I used the cool little calculator link – 1470 calories!
I do appreciate the words of advice and wisdom!
