Day 5, still losing weight…

Breakfast – 1 cup Kashi – 200 calories
Business lunch mtg – maybe had 100 calories of salad
Came home and had cheese stick and yogurt – 180 calories
Chick-fil-A Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad – 240 calories
Spicy Dressing & Tortilla Chips for the salad – 210 calories
Rita’s Italian Ice – 160 calories

Total calories – 1090

We met our goal of making it to the gym (YMCA) five days this week for 20 minutes a day.
