Breakfast - 1 cup Kashi - 200 calories
Business lunch mtg - maybe had 100 calories of salad
Came home and had cheese stick and yogurt - 180 calories
Chick-fil-A Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad - 240 calories
Spicy Dressing & Tortilla Chips for the salad - 210 calories
Rita’s Italian Ice - 160 calories

Total calories - 1090

We met our goal of making it to the gym (YMCA) five days this week for 20 minutes a day.
