Losing Weight Three Days Now

Now I’ve lost 7 lbs - WHA HOOOOOOO!

Breakfast - 1 cup Kashi - 200 calories
Cheddar Cheese - 100 calories
Lunch - grilled chicken salad w/olives & corn - 140 calories
Yogurt - 100 calories
JC Cheese Curls - 130 calories
Dinner - JC Fajitas - 290 calories

Total calories - 960
Continuing to exercise daily for a mere 20 minutes. It’s better than not exercising, I guess.
