Losing Weight Three Days Now
Now I’ve lost 7 lbs – WHA HOOOOOOO!
Breakfast – 1 cup Kashi – 200 calories
Cheddar Cheese – 100 calories
Lunch – grilled chicken salad w/olives & corn – 140 calories
Yogurt – 100 calories
JC Cheese Curls – 130 calories
Dinner – JC Fajitas – 290 calories
Total calories – 960
Continuing to exercise daily for a mere 20 minutes. It’s better than not exercising, I guess.
