There are hundreds of thousands of weight loss products out there. All claiming to be AMAZING – especially at 3 AM. Only in the tiny print can you see that the “results are not typical”. I know personally that there are many people desperate to lose weight – especially if it requires very little effort. I also know that there isn’t any quick, easy or effortless way to lose weight permanently. Losing weight is hard work. It takes discipline, motivation, usually a good support system AND changing eating habits is a MUST. I admit – I have tried a few of the AMAZING weight loss programs over the years and of course, some of the more traditional weight loss programs. I’ve tried:

Weight Watchers
Nutri System
Jenny Craig
Right Size Smoothie
Herbal Life
Apple Cider Diet – I don’t remember what that was, but I just threw out a bottle of pills
Atkins Diet
Xenical
Slim Fast
Chitosan products
I’m sure there are many more – but these are the ones that come to mind.
