Staying on Track

It’s day two. I completed day one without too many difficulties and day two is going well – so far.
Breakfast – Complete Start Cereal – cal=190
Lunch – Chicken Salad Kit – cal=260
Snack – Bruchetta Chips – cal=130
Dinner – Rising Crust Pizza – cal=280
Rita’s – cal=165
Total – 1025
Cool!
Back to the Diet Program – Again

Ok – we’re back from the OBX and now there’s less than two weeks to the wedding – ahhhhh!
I think I’ve only gained weight since I started this weight loss blog – but, it’s not from not trying – it’s from so many things. Let’s see, I guess it usually boils down to bad choices – which I make plenty of. Here’s a list of some of the reasons I haven’t stayed on my selected diet program:
1. Going away too many weekends and Jenny Craig food really wouldn’t have worked.
2. Really wanted to eat what I wanted to eat and not what was healthy.
3. A long, and unusual list of family trauma this spring, which either removed me from my normal routine and perhaps away from my food.
4. Stress from the family trauma.
5. Putting too much pressure on myself to lose weight for the wedding that I may have set myself up to fail.
6. I work way tooooo much which left me no time to exercise.
They are just a few reasons – but for now, I’m back at it and here’s what I’ve eaten today:
Breakfast – Triple Grain Crisps – cal= 190
Snack – 1oz. cheddar cheese – cal=100
Lunch – Meatball Stuffed Sandwich – cal=260
Dinner – Meatloaf – cal=300
Snack – Brownie – cal=160
Pretzel – cal=90
Total cal=1100 – Enough calories left for a Rita’s Italian Ice @ 165 calories for a kids size!
