Losing weight, one diet at a time; one month at a time…


Gained 6 lbs!

We were gone 5 days and I gained back 6lbs - that’s over a pound a day. I swear I only ate three meals a day - but, I guess the quality of the meals is what’s important. It also makes me think that the 10lbs I had lost over the first two weeks while eating Jenny Craig - was not really legitimate. So, is this all “water-weight” that I’m losing and gaining over and over again? When will it be considered “real-weight”? It’s all crazy. But, regardless - I’m back to JC today. In fact, I had Triple Grain Crisps for breakfast; a Cookies & Cream Vitamin bar for a snack and I’m about to have Cheesy Enchiladas for lunch right now.
