I guess it’s true what they say about one day at a time… but I think I need to break it down to even smaller bites - so to speak. I’m going to take it now - one meal at a time, perhaps even one hour at a time. So far so good with the first hour and the first meal of the day. And after many weeks of excuses as to why I was not about to go to the gym - I got up and out of bed by 6:45am and was off to the YMCA at 7:20. Congratulations to me.
My plan of attack now is to finish what I set out to do - which is one diet program per month. And, as God is my witness - I WILL finish this month of Right Size Smoothies! I had a bowl of Go Lean Crunch Kashi for breakfast. I really should take the mid-morning appetite suppressants; and I’ll be having my chocolate smoothie for lunch. For dinner, I actually have a crock pot of the Turkey Chili already cooking.
One last note, our church has “recovery” groups for almost any addiction, problem or whatever, every Tuesday night. I had planned to go for the past two Tuesdays - but, weather had been an issue each Tuesday. I’m determined to get there tonight! Can’t hurt to check it out.

Great to hear your church offers recovery groups. many people are in need for support to overcome their addiction - whatever it may be. Some people need drug rehab others alcohol rehab, but food addiction isn’t always taken as seriously, although it should.
it’s great to go to church for praying and also have recovery groups… go with diet and healthy food…
