Losing weight, one diet at a time; one month at a time…
Why diet anyway…
Do these diets work? Of course they work – but do I? Do they keep me from feeling hungry all the time; do they compel me to continue on my endless journey? And why must we diet anyway. Why is our culture so obsessed with weight loss, being thin and beautiful anyway. If there weren’t the fat and ugly people out there – the thin and beautiful wouldn’t be. And is what’s on the outside what makes a person beautiful anyway? Certainly it helps, but I’ve known some extremely ugly “beautiful” people.
All that aside… I will review a variety of diet programs here. I will being with the first program I tried in 2007 – Right Size Smoothies.

Super article
There’s nothing like being healthy. In today’s era of fastfood, we have toworkout occasionnaly and throw off our unhealthy diet habits. It’s not extremely hard. You only need to stick to a workout program and keep going until you reach your objectives.
