2 sausage patties
1/2 pint ben & jerry’s half baked
whole cheese steak with fried onions
1 hot dog
1 cup khashi

This is what I ate since Friday morning. Looks like I need to get serious about this again. We only made it to the gym one day last week; went out to eat or ordered out at some time every day last week.
