Weight Loss Day Three…

Right Size SmoothieWell, I completed day three - still in the easy stage, but I’m starting to want something other than a shake for two meals. Perhaps I could add a salad to lunch or something else.

Breakfast and lunch were exactly the same as the first two days of my weight loss plan - a chocolate shake from Rightsizeonline for each meal. I should be receiving the Slend-a-Berry Right Size Shake in the mail very soon. That should add some variety to my life. I had two whole wheat Pizza Lean Pockets for dinner. I might should have only had one, but it was 7pm by the time I ate and I was starving - and they were only 210 calories each.

I did go to the Y again and got on my favorite elliptical machine and burned almost 400 calories again. I’m not sure why, but it’s becoming difficult to get motivated to go to the Y. We used to belong to the Spring Valley YMCA - and that was great, but there’s something about the Boyertown Y that just doesn’t do it for me. But, it serves a purpose and I will continue to persevere.

  1. Don’t you just love Rightsize smoothies? I started out with the Chocolate also, but just started with the Slendaberry smoothies. I have added bananas , berries, and craisins to the shakes..Quite a delicious lunch. Hope your successful with your diet and your blog.
