Ok, so I’ve officially begun the healthy eating, exercising, weight loss plan.

I got up (a little later than I originally planned) at 7ish; headed over to the Boyertown YMCA and did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the machine said I burned 400 calories. That was all I could handle in the way of exercise this morning.

For breakfast I had Right Size Smoothie #1 for the day. It was good. I took a Right Size appetite suppressant as recommended at 11:30.

Lunch – Right Size Smoothie #2. I mix about 8 – 10 oz skim milk, 1 scoop smoothie mix and about a half dozen ice cubes in the blender to make a cold, thick smoothie.

Mid afternoon I was getting hungry and I had half of a strawberry Quaker Breakfast bar – cause that’s what was near by.

Dinner – I fixed the Easy Baked Fish and Chips (check out the first recipe on the Healthy Recipes page). It was excellent. I’m not a big fan of cooking  – so this is gonna be rough for me. But I will endeavor to persevere.
